People have been asking us about the story of this amazing space that we are located here in Petaling Street.
Many of you may not know this building previously was one of the most iconic and largest cinema back in 1950s.
Situated on Jalan Sultan, the once dilapidated architecture is regaining its charm! As most of us know, @hellorexkl newest reincarnation into a new context of a culture center continuously provides their growing list of tenants, both permanents and popups, a space for F&B, retail, events, and exhibitions, performances, screenings, workshops, and so on.
To honor REXKL's past life as a historic cinema, a place that used to connect people in this part of Kuala Lumpur; not only the team behind the scene has given meaning back to this lapsed space; they have never forgotten their role in the sustainability and social responsibility for the community.
REXKL's forward-thinking has enabled and encouraged a lot of young entrepreneurs to not only make a living but also to make a difference in their lives.
We, Stellar, are so proud to be part of this iconic building.
REXKL played a significant role throughout our startup journey; we identified a few key stages and developed from idea to business.
To this day, Stellar is still shining as bright as you can see!
