Our Origin
Stellar, resembling the "Shooting Star".
Not all stars are the same; unique is what the stars are. And when we say we shine like the shooting star; we mean we are all distinctive the way we are.
Our coffee, kombucha and cakes are probably the simplest (but tastiest) you can get.
The Art of Coffee
There is nothing we love more than to discover a new variety of coffee beans to join our collection.
We source our coffee from roasters whom we form relationships with and choose the perfect varieties to ensure you'll end up with the perfect cup in your hands.
Brewing coffee isn’t just about what you sip. It’s an ever-evolving process that many have failed to perfect. The key is knowing where it all starts and understanding where it comes from. The coffee we use is Arabica, Single Origin, Light Roasted Coffee. They are sourced from good coffee roasters cultivated by those who have mastered the roasting process. These regions — made up of a perfect blend of machines, temperature, and technique — are the only places to find such delicious perfection. Their flavor profile is made to be more fruity, floral & tea-like.
